Help underprivileged children get the tools they need to succeed in the classroom.

Help Us, Help Them in Central Illinois

We will be hosting a Build-A-Kit event and distribution of Back 2 School kits in Champaign Illinois.

Date: July 22, 2023

Time: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Location: Martens Center – Champaign Park District 1515 N. Market St., Champaign, IL 61820

Our fourth annual large-scale Build-A-Kit event has volunteers assembling Back School kits and then having them distributed to organizations that serve Central Illinois families.

Build-a-Kit Events are great for team building!

Details:

  • Assemble Back 2 School kits
  • Write “Notes of Inspiration” – Notes of encouragement that get placed into each kit
  • Lunch break
  • Distribute kits to organizations/families
  • Clean-up
