MCM and Back 2 School America
Fundraising for School Supplies

Back 2 School America (B2SA) was launched in 2007 to address the inequities in educational opportunities for children first in Illinois, and now across the United States. As a national organization, its mission is to provide school supplies and other tools throughout the year to ensure the educational success of children in need.
Their heart-filled “Build-A-Kit” events are special initiatives designed to engage communities and create impactful experiences centered around the distribution of school supplies to children in need. These events bring together volunteers, donors, and families to assemble and distribute school supply kits, fostering a spirit of unity and support.
B2SA strives to provide children from low-income households with free school supplies, helping to level the playing field and reduce the financial burden on families and teachers. The B2SA program has supplied more than 375,000 children with their own school supply kits, distributing over 11 million supplies to those who need them most.
